Spring Spinach Meatballs

  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 400g fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 100g breadcrumbs

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • flour for cooking

For the Sauce:

  • 10-15 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 200g tinned tomatoes
  • buch of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
