Happy Tuesday guys! Today’s recipe is Strawberry Cream Cake – moist and rich layers, topped with cream, strawberries and chocolate ganache! 🤤
As we’re saying goodbye to Summer(I think British Summer’s long gone without saying any goodbyes, I’ve got the heating on at the moment), and we’re only in the beginning of the week, I thought this pretty cake can bring us a bit of sweetness and joy. 😀 Also, I’d really like to enjoy the last strawberries available in the shops as we’re slowly switching into Autumn/Fall produce . Of course, this is really exciting as I start to see lots of root vegetables and seasonal fruit. Just wait for the new seasonal recipes to come. I’m not gonna lie, this cake requires a bit more effort and time but it is totally worth it. I’m quite a beginner as far as baking is concerned but I’ve been really enjoying it recently. I’m actually on a mission to improve my baking skills (should I say acquire baking skills 🤣) and post more cakes and desserts in general. It seems, this new plan is going well as in August from the six recipes I’ve shared, three of them are desserts. 😆
