Happy Thursday guys! Today’s recipe is Easy Blackberry Streusel Muffins – with sweet and juicy blackberries and streusel topping these muffins are an absolute treat! 👌
I visited the local Farmer’s market last Saturday and after having a sample of these surprisingly sweet berries my head was spiraling with ideas of blackberry recipes. 😆 I actually was turning every fruit and veg I spotted into a recipe as everything looked so tasty. I really can’t wait for next Saturday morning to visit the market again. I’ve spotted some aronia berries which I’d like to use for a cake. 😋 I have only cooked with aronia berries once before and the recipe was amazing. Anyway, we enjoyed quite a few of the blackberries as they were but after hesitating between a salad and muffins, my sweet tooth won. 🤣
