These bad boys are just perfect for a weekday dinner when you’re rushing around and need something quick, easy and tasty that your family would approve. Or at least that’s the case with me. 😀

Honestly, I’ve been so busy I don’t even have the time to sit and think about it, except now. 🤣 Looking after kids is no easy job! Now that the Summer holiday is here, I really hope the things will slow down a bit.

My point was that I really need speedy, tasty and as healthy as possible meals during the week, and of course kids friendly. Here’s how to make the BBQ Pulled Pork Burgers with Jalapenos

All I’ve used is some tasty pre-cooked pulled pork, jalapenos, cheese and a bit of mayo. But it’s a great recipe to use some leftover bbq.

OK, there is a downside. The burgers turned too small for me so I had to have a couple(easily).

I served these with some zucchini fries that the kids really love so it was a win – simple, tasty and healthy meal that the kids approve. Well, my 5-year-old wasn’t that keen on the burnt edges of the zucchini fries so she had to carefully select each and every piece but hey, she had the burger so that’s ok with me. 🤣
