Happy Friday guys! Recipe of the day is Leftover Rice Turmeric Balls – oven-baked rice balls with lots of cheese, chives and turmeric. 🤤

Leftover Rice Turmeric Balls

I think this is one of our favourite rice ball recipe so far. I make quite often arrancini or rice balls (usually to use up and leftover rice) but this one was the most liked by everyone in the family. I don’t know whether it’s the turmeric, the chives or the combination of both but these yummy balls were gone in a minute. And I’ve already got a request to make them again, like soon. 😀
