Happy Monday guys! Today’s recipe is Pineapple Shrimp Parcels – quick, easy and tasty shrimp bites!
I’ve already made these a couple of times and I’m actually making them tomorrow, just before the party starts. 🤪 They’re really easy to make and take just a few minutes. I love the combination of sweet and salty ingredients. Make sure to use a nicely ripe pineapple, it really makes a difference. The shrimps I used were already cooked, so even more convenient. All you have to do is to make a bite-sized parcels with a slice of prosciutto. 👌
What you need:
- shrimp
- prosciutto
- pineapple
Here’s how to make the Pineapple Shrimp Parcels:
Ingredients:
- 200g shrimp, cooked
- 1/2 pineapple, cut into pieces as big as the shrimp
- 180g prosciutto or enough to wrap up all the shrimps
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Wrap up a piece of pineapple and shrimp with a slice of prosciutto. Repeat with all of the shrimp.
- Arrange on a baking tray and cook in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
