Happy Saturday guys! Today’s recipe is Scones with Burrata, Prosciutto & Glazed Nectarines – not your typical way to enjoy scones but I promise you, it’s so so delicious! 😋
Let me just say though, I’ve made quite a few scones so half of them were as on the picture above and the rest of them we did enjoy with strawberry jam and clotted cream. Basically, our whole dinner consisted of scones. ðŸ¤That was a week ago. I was actually planning to make another batch this weekend but I have now changed my mind and I’m gonna make a peach dessert. Hopefully the recipe works out so I can share it on here.
Just a quick update: I just made this Peach dessert and put it in the fridge. It looks delicious but I’m gonna have to wait a couple of hours to taste it. Fingers crossed 😃
These pretty bites are just perfect for today’s hot hot weather! It seems this post is just on time. 😃 It is boiling hot here and its only noon. This is why I’m going to make some Mascarpone dessert with some peaches and a Buffalo Tomatoes, Homemade Pesto & Burrata Salad for tonight. I bought these amazing tomatoes yesterday and I just can’t wait, literally, to get my hands on them. 🤤 OK, I got carried away..Let’s focus on today’s delicious bites.
