Happy weekend guys! My Family Weekly Plan is here!
Meal 1 – Crunchy Mussel Salad
This is actually my latest recipe post but we absolutely loved it so we’re gonna have it as a main next week. It’s light fresh and if you love mussels you should definitely try it.
The kids don’t approve it though so I’m gonna have to fix them something simple and quick.
Check the recipe here –Â Crunchy Mussel Salad .
Meal 2 – Boston Style Beans
My second meal is a bean soup, Boston style. 😀, meaning with some pork and bacon. Nom, nom, nom. I usually use raw beans and cook them myself. It just gives me the freedom to spice them up as I like them. This soup is quite filling, probably not the best choice in this heat we’re having at the moment but hey, we love beans in our house. 😂

P.S. I do need to retake these photos though. ðŸ¤
Meal 3 – Grilled Chicken Spinach Pita
These pita breads are so yummy and approved by the whole family so thumbs up. Don’t be put off by the bread, it’s very simple to make. Also, they’re perfect to use any leftover chicken.
Healthy, tasty and simple – all you need for a busy weeknight dinner. Check out the recipe here 👉 Grilled Chicken, Beetroot & Chickpeas Salad in Spinach Pita/Wrap Bread with Dill Mayo
Meal 4 – Sun-dried Tomatoes & King Prawn Flavour Tails Pasta
The last meal is super simple penne pasta but looking like you’ve really put an effort, at least to me 😀 -sun-dried tomatoes and prawn flavour tails, fresh basil, lots of olive oil and of course Parmesan. What else could you ask for in this meal? It’s just perfect and super tasty. Recipe in the link Sun-Dried Tomatoes & King Prawn Flavour Tails Pasta .
I hope you guys like the recipes above. Let me know if you try them and please share any ideas/tips on meal planning with me. I’d love to hear how you plan your weekly meals. Meanwhile, enjoy your weekend and stay cool. xx
