Happy Thursday guys! Today’s recipe is Asparagus & Cherry Tomato Egg Donuts – quick, healthy and super tasty egg donuts, perfect for breakfast, brunch or simply as a snack on the go!
I made these in a donut tray hence the title. These are actually the first asparagus I bought this ‘asparagus’ season. So excited when I see these lovely green veggies in the shops. Not only they’re super tasty but they bring me this ‘Summer feeling’, meaning hot and sunny weather, lots of BBQs, fresh fruit and veggies. Ah, I love Summer. It is by far my favorite season. I do love the other seasons too, there’s always something exciting about each of them, but honestly, nothing can beat Summer. 🙂
Speaking of Summer what happened to the weather this week. It feels more like Autumn is coming than Summer! Brrr….
All right, enough ranting about the weather. Let’s go back to today’s recipe..
It literally takes 5 minutes to whisk everything together. The rest is done by the oven. So easy that there’s no excuse not to make them and I promise you’d love the.
