Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the quinoa with the pomegranate seeds and feta cheese.
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and mix them well.
- Pour over the salad and mix gently.
- Stuff the pomegranate halves with the quinoa salad and sprinkle dry thyme on top, if wished.
