This is one of the easiest and yummiest flatbread. It’s charred and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s perfect on its own but also delicious with hummus.

Here’s how to make Garlic Butter Flatbread

- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tsp salt
- 80g butter
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- chopped fresh parsley, for serving
Preparation:

- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with cling film and leave for an hour to rest. It will double its size.
- Divide the dough in 4-5 balls and gently stretch them into flatbreads using your fingers.
