Happy St Patrick’s day guys! Recipe of the day is Irish Soda Bread with Raisins – simple but super delicious bread!
This lovely bread uses really simple cupboard ingredients -flour, bicarbonate of soda, raisins and buttermilk. To make your own buttermilk, simply add a tbsp of white wine vinegar into a glass of milk.
We had our Irish Soda Bread warm with plenty of butter and it was so so yummy. Even served on its own it is still delicious.
The recipe itself is super quick, there’s no need to rest the dough, just knead, bake and eat. 🙂
