Happy Wednesday guys! Recipe of the day is Banana Chocolate Mini Cakes – an indulgent treat that is quick and easy to make. 👌
These lovely banana muffins/cakes or banana bread muffins 🤪 are perfect for Valentine’s day – you could easily make them for your loved ones as a sweet and indulgent gift. 😍 I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t mind at all. 😀
They’re super easy to make and just ideal for when you need to get rid of those too ripe bananas. My kids refuse to eat the very ripe bananas but they love these mini cakes. I’m actually on my way to make another batch today.
For a healthier version, skip the chocolate and add some dried fruit inside. 😋
