Happy Monday guys! Today’s recipe is Baked Chicken Fingers – succulent chicken bites, crispy on the outside, baked in the oven and all made of leftovers!
OK, so a few days ago, I made a delicious roasted chicken for dinner. It was quite big and we barely finished less than half of it. As you might know, I always make sure to use up all of my leftovers so I made a delicious chicken soup on the next day and as there was still quite a lot of chicken left, I also made these tasty chicken bites. Isn’t it amazing! I’ve prepared three different meals from one chicken and they were all so yummy! 😋
I was certain that the kids would go crazy about these succulent chicken fingers. They did, but the one who got really crazy about these was their dad. He simply loved them and couldn’t believe they were actually leftovers from the roast dinner he had the previous night. ðŸ¤All in all, they’re on our ‘family favourites’ list now and I’ll be making lots of them , for sure. True to myself, I had mine drowned in hot sauce or to be more precise, hot sriracha mayo. Guys, I have to admit it, I think I’m addicted to this sauce. 🙈😂 We also had some sour cream, regular mayo and some tomato sauce. Serve it with whatever you fancy, but to be honest they’re as good on their own.
