The Pork Souvlaki is very popular in our house. The kids really enjoy it and love building their own wraps, picking different veggies, pork and not so much tzatziki, for some reason. 🙂

On the opposite, my favourite part is the tzatziki, I use it as a dip and it’s delicious in salads, wraps or even on its own.

I hope you guys love this recipe as much as we did. Stay tuned for more quick, easy and tasty recipes coming very soon.

Here’s how to make this tasty Pork Souvlaki

  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 3tbsp olive oil

Preparation:

  • In a bowl, combine the pork and the rest of the ingredients, cover with cling film and place in the fridge for a couple of hours at least (best overnight).
  • Preheat a griddle pan, arrange the pork on skewers and grill for about 8 minutes on each side.
  • To serve, grill some veggies – peppers, onions, mushrooms or any other veggies of your choice.
  • Place the skewers on flatbread and add some tzatziki. You can make the bread and tzatziki or use shop-bought.

Enjoy!

Next is a super indulgent No Bake Snickers Cheesecake. I’ll be honest, do not read if you’re on diet, save it for later though. 🙂 It’s totally worth every single calorie. There’s salted caramel, chocolate ganache, crunchy peanuts, Oreo crust and a peanut butter cheesecake. It’s purely haven and no difficult at all.

Hope you guys are well and safe. xx
