Mummy’s Fast & Easy

Valentine’s day is just around the corner which means there’ll be lots of chocolate and sweet treats.
My sweet treat for you are these vanilla heart cookies dipped in rich dark chocolate ganache.
They remind me of my favourite digestive biscuits but so much richer and thicker.
Be creative when decorating, or why not let your kids do the decorating.
It takes them a while to dry so be sure to leave them to rest for at least two hours.

Here’s what you need.
