After a long time without posting I’m finally back! And what’s more, I’ve got lots of delicious recipes and new posts coming! So stay tuned…

Today’s recipe can’t be any simpler but it tastes so good and fresh, it’s a great breakfast, snack or dessert – Berry Pots!
What’s a bit different though is I used the new Soya Alpro Yogurt which I liked a lot. I don’t have any intolerances but for some reason my stomach often feels a bit funny after eating cow’s milk.
So I have substituted it with the Alpro range of almond, soya, hazelnut and rice milk. I do recommend these if you don’t consume regular cow’s milk.

Here’s what you need for today’s berry goodness.

  • 200g/7oz strawberries, cut into pieces
  • 100g/3.5oz blueberries
  • 2tbsp jumbo oats
  • 1/2 a cup soya yogurt Alpro

  1. In a couple of small pots/glasses/cups or whatever you’d like start arranging the strawberries.
  2. Add a tbsp of yogurt in each pot and layer the blueberries dividing them equally between the two pots.
  3. Sprinkle with a bit of jumbo oats and finish with a  strawberry.

Tip: Why not try adding some raw almonds for extra crunch!
