Mummy’s Fast & Easy

I can’t believe I haven’t tried chia seeds before! I mean, I definitely wish  I’ve tried this super food earlier. But better later than never, right?
These seeds are so healthy and packed with so many nutrients which are super beneficial for us and if you love seeds and nuts like me, you’re gonna love chia seeds.
To me, they’re kind of like sesame or poppy seeds.
What you need to know, though, is that these magical seeds absorb liquids really well. Imagine I only used about a table spoon of the seeds and the rest of it was coconut milk. But the result was a thick and creamy pudding and no liquid as the chia seeds absorbed it.
My first chia seed recipe are these martini glasses stuffed with creamy coconut milk, ripe raspberries, pure honey and of course chia seeds. It’s not only a guilt free dessert/snack, it is actually really good for you.

Here’s what you need.
