Happy Friday, or should I say Black Friday!
The huge Christmas shopping has begun!
I haven’t made my Christmas gift list so I feel I’m a bit behind this year (usually, by that time I’ve planned all my Christmas shopping and even have started it).

Anyway, let’s focus on the food.
As I had previously mentioned, I’ll be posting quick, easy and tasty recipes, throughout December so that you can impress your friends and family and leave them asking for more(without being stuck in the kitchen).
Today’s recipe – seafood sticks cocktail – this is a great appetiser not only for Christmas but for New Year’s and other parties too.

Here’s what you need.

  • 200g/7oz seafood sticks, cut into small pieces
  • 2 ripe avocados, thinly sliced
  • 200g/7oz mayo
  • 1 lemon juice only
  • salt

  1. Use cocktail/martini glasses and start arranging the seafood cocktails.
  2. Start with the mayo – layer a scoop on the bottom and the put some avocado slices, finish with the seafood stick pieces.
  3. Drizzle the lemon juice and season with salt.

Tip: Decorate with Santa Claus and Rudolph!
