Honey Ginger Pork Bites

Mummy’s Fast & Easy

Here’s the Recipe of the day – Honey Ginger Pork Bites!

And here’s how the idea came – I had made stuffed pork a few days ago, but because it was way too much, we couldn’t finish it.  Here’s how I decided to use the meat and make something different that could be easily finished. And it was!:)

The bites are coated in eggs and flour and are served with sweet ginger and honey dip – you must dip your pork bite into it! The combination tastes soo good!

Here’s what you need.
